As a heads up, i'm pretty new to hardcore detailing( used to just wash and only wax trouble spots) but now am in the process of putting in a order for a bunch of products. I was wondering how much product you guys use each time you intensely detail a car (wash, clay, AIO, SSR, police, sealant) etc. I'm going to need to buy enough to do this for 3 cars. So basically im wondering how much of each product you use in one detail. this is what my amazon cart looks like right now, any suggestions welcome:

Aqua Soft Carpet Brush- Cyclo

Porter-Cable 7424 6" Variable-Speed Random-Orbit Polisher- Porter-Cable

Duo-Spur Wool & Foam Pad Cleaning Tool- Lake Country MFG

Snappy Clean Pad Cleaning Powder (3 Pack- Lake Country MFG

Dual Action Deluxe Foam Pad Kit- Lake Country Polishing Pads

Klasse AIO

Poorboy's SSR 1, 2.5, 3, EX-P

Again, any suggestion welcome, thanks!

EDIT: is 303 Aerospace cleaner good to use for engine degreasing? Any recommending products for carpet cleaning? There is some tar stuck on the bottom area of the door panels, if clay doesn't do the trick, what would?

Meg's NXT liquid wax

You should have plenty of product for over a dozen applications, looks like a pretty good start, might consider replacing the Meg's NXT if you are looking for a true wax, nxt is closer to a polymer sealant and I see you already have EXP in your cart. Natty's is a great carnuaba wax to try, you

won't be disappointed, and it looks awesome over EXP. Might want to order some good microfiber towels if you don't already have some.

The 303 cleaner should work well as a degreaser, Folex is excellent for carpet cleaning: could try stoner's tarminator.

Either go for the Meg' s applicator bottles or a couple of those ketchup / mustard / mayo dispenser bottles with the thin spouts. They help you label your products and adjuct the dose of product you need to use easier...

After all you just "dab" a couple of small blotches of product on the pads not line it up or smear the car with it...

Each and every one of the products state it clearly as "use sparingly"

The line up you stated should last for at least 8 to 9 hearty detail jobs... (Except the qd' s which you use several times even in a single day)

Yeah, I can do a *lot* of vehicles with one "bottle" of most anything, even if that bottle is pretty small. Most people use *many times* the amount of product that's needed.

One possible exception is clay. I'd rather use a lot of clay than risk some abrasive contamination working it's way to the surface and marring my paint. I go through a lot of clay and lube.
