I met Larry at NXT east. Found him to be a very nice guy and very interested in learning as we all were. Never mentioned his products one time. He really wants to know how things work, which is what any good detailer needs to know. You have to know why and how more than anything else.
 
Larry's awesome and is really bringing out the Pro/Boutique side of Detailing. You'll never find a definitive method of detailing, it's all subjective since every detailer has their own route to customer happiness.
