thanks and sorry for all the in the field while im doing this questions

You should see where you've spread the polish first, but whether or not the polish will be all gone after 2 directional passes depends on how fast you're going over the paint as well as how much you've applied. If you've got lots of defects to remove, you'll need more product than on a car that's in showroom shape (but not necessarily all at once). I'd say it's better to use a little less and go over an area more times than to apply product heavily and work it once. This is also particularly worth noting when using diminishing abrasives. The "most" cut comes at the start of working the product. As you work it, the abrasives get finer and end up polishing, rather than "cutting" (assuming you are using cutting type products-like the 2.5 you've mentioned). By using "new" product a few times, you'll have more "cutting" time to get rid of the defects. This said, you should also work the product in longer on the last pass so that you do benefit from the polishing action of the dim. abrasives, and you won't have to use a milder polish as much (or possibly at all).

thats exctualy what i doing to the T.

ill will be following up with ssr 1 exp then nattys whens its all said and done

thanks

If you are using the correct amount of product, it should nearly disappear after several passes. I have found
that the less product used, the better the results. Using less product also limits splatter and residue in the cracks and crevices.
