I went to Kmart the other day(to get some Mobil 1 oil filters(half off!!!:D )) and guess what I saw on the shelf(one left):



Rain X Wheel Protectant!!!

Was I surprised! No more waxing the wheels for awhile! I can't wait to give it a try!!



Every day our Kmart keeps getting new products in!!:p
 
I know! All of the other(Fram:down ) filters sold out very quickly, but no one seems to be buying the Mobil 1's:nixweiss



I guess they think $5 is still too much to spend to protect their engines!!

Oh well, my gain, right??!
 
Well, at least you have a choice. I have to spend $9 at the dealer to get a filter, which is just a paper insert. :mad:
 
Yeah, mine are $10 regular, but that's still steep for a filter:eek:

But at $5, I'm buying all they have!!(six so far...;) )

watch it, one time I bought a few filters for a car I had, over time sittin in the garage they rusted on the inside:( they were "ford/motorcraft" For my old probe

All Volvo's now use these inserts, maybe not the S40s, but the S60's, S/V70's, and S80's all use them now. There's a hard plastic shell that covers the paper insert. Supposedly saves the environment. You would think it would save the end user some $, but nooooo...
