Alternate methods for applying sealant?

I recently had wheels installed but before that, while they were in my living room, I applied a coat of Poorboys Wheel Sealant on top of a layer of AIO. The finish on these wheels is different and I’m not sure that I got complete coverage. Only the surface of the wheel is smooth; the rest of the wheel is an unfinished, textured surface. The edges are sharp also. It makes for an interesting look but it makes it difficult to maintain. Do you have any suggestions in regards to applying sealant in alternative ways? I was thinking about maybe brushing on the PB Wheel Sealant somehow or maybe making some sort of spray with one of the Klasse twins or UPP for more complete coverage.

Just from looking at that wheel I would say applying something to the textured area seems as though it would be a real PITA to remove. I would simply suggest that you apply the Wheel sealant to the shiny areas. Of course maybe it is not as porous as it appears in which case i think you could then do as you have. Not sure how else to apply other than by hand with the applicator pad.

tough question but i'd try one area and apply it as normal and remove with a cotton cloth as i think the rough area would eat up a microfiber cloth...if you can remove all residue from the sealant then do the whole wheel, otherwise you may need to use a toothbrush to remove imbedded sealant.
