Your process for the Exterior was just an ONR wash, or am I missing something?

Was it basically a wash and dress rather than full details? If that's the case, 249 cars is pretty manageable in 4 days.

Regardless, that's a monster job! Good work, hope the money made it worth while!

:wow: I can't imagine taking on a job that large.

It was alittle stressing at first, I did over 4-5 months of planning. so it all worked out pretty well.

The vehicles had bug guts from transporter, then 2/3 of them were put on the dirt which they got rained on hard, so it had alot of dirt on the body, then the techs did the PDI on the dirt so the door jambs, panels and floormats had mud or dirt. Also adhesive from dealership tags and labels. Then remove white and yellow pen writing on front windshields. Interior windows, Navigation screens.

It wasnt full details but it was alot of work to do in 4 days, Plus the biggest challenge was the heat for the workers and using the ONR, it was really tricky because of the heat and dirt on the cars. The ONR would dry up really fast, and on the dark colors it streaked and smudged if we didnt work fast.

The heat of CO Springs?!?! Ha! ;)

How many MF towels were used? :)

I hope our monsoon season didn't ruin all of your detail work! It's been raining almost every day down here!

Great job!

About 125-150 microfibers used per day, 12-14 wash mitts, 154 gallons of mixed ONR solution.

actually 50 vehicles got rained on in transport, so we got 50 exterior redos.
