All things considered, which brand would you go with?

Hard question since I really don't think any one line can do it all for me.

That being said, I'd have to say Poorboy's is the line that consistently turns out excellent products that end up being among the best in their category (at least for me.)

Like others have stated, I would hate to *have* to limit myself to one line. I love the vast array of products to choose from.

Having said that, I don't see how you can make a case for any line other than meguiars. I mean from wetsanding to lsp's to polishers and pads, they have everything you need. Just the ogical answer IMO, I mean if you love PB's great (I do too), but what if you need to wetsand, or polish some plastic? We haven't even touched on clear liquids such as degreasers, washes, etc. Meguiars has the most complete line IMO...easy choice.

Mothers would be my first choice: Top LSPs, great new polish, the best metal polishes, great new tire care, etc.

However, it is undeniable that Meguiars offers the ONLY complete line. No other line offers everything, Meguiars does as pointed by others (pads and microfibers)

But as the others said, mix and match and be happy.

I really preferr the mix and match process because I spend a little money with several manufacturers. This keeps them all in business. The more suppliers the better the products-competition.

I'm partial to Zaino and with the new true polish the line up is quite complete, even down to detailing the interior, glass, tires, etc.

Meguiars offers a ton of products. If I couldn't have Zaino I'd probably go with Meguiars.

Not possible. 36 brands I use at the moment (not every product though) and no one company can supply it all

My garage is a meguiars free zone too. doesn't cut the mustard in my opinion. overrated

No doubt Meguiars has the most extensive line and is easy to obtain it. As for my favorite 1Z has a very extensive line except for pads and MF, but you have to order it on line or go to one of the few retail stores that carry it. IMO 1Z stuff is much better, but Meguiars stuff hardly has disappointed me except its LSP don't last as long as I wish it would. I like Mothers line and might even say its LSP is better than Meguiars, but Meguiars has better polishes. Its up to you, but if your buying OTC stuff I say you won't be disappointed with either Meguiars or Mothers. I usually limit my OTC stuff to thoes two companies and its ok to mix and match.
