Well, when cost is no object, I'd vote for the Optimum product.



If you are on a budget, I'd attempt to purchase Meg's excellent APC+ locally and dilute per their prescribed ratios.

Same here, though the HD "green" stuff is very good too, and the P21s Total Auto Wash is really something for a citrus-based APC.

HD TOTAL. It's what I reach for al the time now. Safe on leather, cleans wheels, degreases engines and works excellent on fabric & all other interior components.

How does APC or APC+ differ from an all purpose cleaner like fabuloso or simple green or 409 that you can buy from Walmart?

APC+ is safe enough to use on leather, great on carpets, but good enough to cut through serious grease and even BMW brake dust. Very underrated product.

I've been using the 3D Orange Degreaser for the past few months--strong when you need it at 4:1for wheels/wells and safe on paint and leather at 10:1 and you can't beat the price.
