This detail I did for free. It is owned by one of my friend's dad whom is a lawyer. He was nice enough to write up an LLC for my company and just wanted to pay him back with a mini detail.

Took 4 hours to complete.

Sounds like your business is off to a terrific start. Be sure to make friends with an accountant also. At least get set up on QuickBooks. The Simple Start edition is very inexpensive and has all the basics you'll need.
