AIO with which pad

i just ordered a whole bunch of new stuff, and received it all this past week.



i want to know what type of pad i should use when applying AIO with a PC. cutting, polishing, finishing ?? i was thinking polishing, but can you use a cutting ?? if so, do you need to apply another coat with a polishing / finishing pad in order to "seal" with it ??



speaking of sealing, anyone use AIO as a LSP ?? or do most use another LSP over AIO ??

I usually use AOI with a polishing pad. You "could" leave it as is, but most will top it with Klasse SG, a caranuba, or even Zaino for "pop."
 
I've used a white polishing or black/red finishing pads with great results. I would top with your LSP for better results. I use Pinnacle Souveran or Signature over AIO on my truck, excellent combo.
 
My car's paint isn't in took bad condition, I use AIO with a 4" Sonus SFX blue finishing pad and was a pleasure to use which gave great results.



Personally, if I had oxidation and other mess on the paint then I'd use a polishing pad - theres something about cutting pads that I dont like, so I try and avoid them where I can, but that's my own personal preference.
