FWIW, I`ve never stripped it like that and it has *never* compromised any aspect of any LSP I`ve applied over top of it. Sure doesn`t impact the durability, not a bit.

Same here. KAIO never caused me any issues either. I didn`t expect any since it was designed to be the base layer for SG. Other products shouldn`t be an issue.

I really don`t think most sealants are a picky as people think. I`ve applied sealants over glazes like Black Hole and Prima Amigo and never had any issues and those have all sorts of fillers and other ingredients which are left behind.
