Killing time today..had an old spare tire (donut) black single stage paint and nothing ever dont to it. Clean it off and applied AIO ( pre VOC) to half and Prime to the other half.
Saw no difference at all. Writing this because of all the talk on VOC formula changes and the effects of it. Just a quick expeirment and didnt think to take pics till I was finished.
