AIO/Exp/Natty's question

Hi all,

I decided to go more Poorboys this time.. Tore all the Klasse SG and Ex-P down for this..



For the first time, I"ve decided to do this. (pics are forthcoming tomorrow as i'm not yet finished)



I've done so far:

SSR2.5 - Orange Pad

Clay w/ WG claybar moistened finish w/ Poorboy's SpraynWipe QD

Re-wipe w/ new MF towel and PB's QD

AIO by hand

EXP x 2 - white pad

Natty's x 2 - by hand



I have a semi decent "wet looking" finish but not as "wet" as SG. My work to finish tomorrow is to add another coat of Natty's and then see how it looks in daytime light as all the work has been done in a "regularly" lit garage.



Question(s):

With subsequent washes of WG Autobathe, will that remove the Natty's ?



With subsequent washes of WG Autobathe, will it remove the EX-P ?



Your thoughts ?

Wait a day or two for all that carnauba to fully cure. I've noticed that carnauba based products, especially pastes tend to look better after a day or two.



Natty's seems to have decent durability so a quality car wash soap should be fine with it.

I'll hold off for a day and then re-apply another coat of natty's..



in the meantime, off the garage to take somep pics for you all

Wow, that sure looks awesome!



I agree, a mild car wash, mixed properly should have minimal effect on the protective coating............. but it will have some.
 
I'm told I could i have had the same results using

WG Pre

WG SG x2

Natty's x 3



So next weekend, I'm gonna tear it all down again and try it..



anyone try this ?

If you top it all off with Natty's again, I don't think there would be enough of a difference to make it worth all that work. Honestly, based on this pictures, I am not sure anything will make it look better, your car looks like it just rolled out of the paint booth!

Scottwax That's a classic statement! Do you mind if I steal it for my signature? Something like, "I'll stop when my car looks like it just rolled out of the paint booth."



I can honestly say that I've never seen that color of yellow look better! :bow

Thanks Scottwax. I'm sure it has been said before, but it just struck me as being the holy grail.
