Aftermarket Paint Job

Hi, my friend has just got his old Bimmer painted at a bodyshop. Upon receiving, I noticed that the paint work doesn't really look good. From the object reflection, I could see that the paint is uneven, sort of like wavy. May I know what causes this? How can this be solved? Thanks!

It is worse than orange peel effect. It seems that on the door, there are excessive clearcoat which flows downwards...the paintwork doesn't look flat at all!

Sounds like a really bad paint job...

...from your description, it would be difficult/impoossible to fix by grinding down to an even clearcoat...take it back and have the painter redo/fix...

Usually how do they repair this kind of paint job? Will wet-sanding cure this problem?
