Advice on New Car please

I have just taken delivery of a new (2003) car for my wife, it's a small Honda, probably not available in the US (I'm in the UK).

The paint is a dark green metallic (clear coat).

I want to give it a good detailing & start on the right track. There are already some swirls induced by the selling dealer.

I have a PC & need to know what products to use. I currently have the following products available:-



Megs Fine cut cleaner

One Grand Omega Glaze

3M IHG

P21S Carnuba.



Can you guys recommend a process for me to start as I mean to go on.



Bear in mind that not all products are available to me in the UK.

I can get Megs & Clearkote products easily.

vindaloo, for starters, run this search. It turns up about 200 threads, but you don't need to read all those; just scan down thru the thread titles and see which ones are most likely relevant. You'll learn a lot by reading some of those, and I'm sure you'll get more guidance right here.
