Advance Auto now carries Megs gold glass clay kit

I took a closer look at the pics of the box, and sure enough each bar is 50g. (so a total of about 3.4 ounces). Not a great deal, but surely better than the Mothers kit which is only 80g of clay and no MF. I don't have any Autozones or Advance Autos in the proximity so this is now the best deal locally for me.
 
It's okay. I would certainly rather buy Opti-clay or ChemicalGuys clay online, but it's not horrible. It contains the same amount of clay as Clay Magic, but the CM is less $$ so that makes it a better deal. However, the Meg's is a better deal than the Mothers, so if those are your only two choices, go with the Meg's.
 
I picked up the Meg's set today. Had to go to a larger Advance store on my way home from work because the store by my house didn't carry it. $17.77 & Advance gives a 10% military discount for those of us in that line of work.
 
I think the decision is whether you want the MF or not. If no, then the Claymagic kit with 100 grams of clay and lube at $10 at AutoZone is hard to beat. But $17 for a mf towel included plus another GC product is not shabby.

Or you can get 200 grams of Sonus Block for $18.99 pre-buyer's discount if you plan on using a qd as lube.
