Adjust the speed.

I never done this before, so I'm afraid. Okay, me and my Mak9227c, say im at 1000 rpm. Can I up the rpm to "1500" with -out stoping the rotary? I always wanted to try it out, but I was little skeptical about it.:nixweiss

As long as you don't apply pressure to the surface with the pad while your changing speed it should not be a problem.
