Adams Revive Polish

Process over products.
Recently began using Revive and this stuff is GREAT. Very easy on and even easier off - leaves the surface clean and BRIGHT and super slick. No stainning on plastic. How does Revive compare to AIO and/or Poorboy's Pro? I know AIO leaves some protection and the others don't, but I've never used the AIO for it's protection as I've always topped it with something. As an overall paint cleaner/light polish the Revive is some pretty good stuff. Seems to leave a "brighter" finish than the AIO or PPP.

Comments and/or experience between these?

Both are great products. I seem to use Pro Polish to fix "trouble spots" and I use Revive (usualy mixed with Scratch and Swirl Remover) to polish the whole car before I wax it.

I find Revive works much better on paint. It really leaves JUST PAINT with nothing in between. It's that great pure polishing stage to do just after polishing with abrasives and just before an LSP.

PB Pro Polish has worked great on odds and ends. I like it on my license plates, chrome/polished exhaust, brake calipers, and other trim. It has a bit more bite, without abrasives, than revive does, but it does require more effort.

Love it because it brings the true potential after you've abraded the surface. Either a deept or clear look. I like it alot :D

Agree, Adam's Revive (used along with the Scratch & Swirl) combo leaves the paint brighter. I have applied it with a Microfiber applicator, with some detail spray and find that it it a very easy application, even and thin. The paint will glisten, deeper darks and metallics will brighten.

It tends to bring out an "exfoliation" of the drit from the paint. I use that term to position it with my long time use of AIO.

Klasse AIO tends to clean and add a reflective Mirror-like quality I like to build upon to make it "warmer". As in building depth to the clean paint.

With Revive, I found my paint already "warm" to build upon immediately. It does not leave the mirror like reflectivity. That is not a criticism, as I do not believe it was meant to. I believe it leaves the paint as "natural" as the paint was intended ~ without fillers, adders, acrylics, etc...

That is why I like these two products so much. They perform as billed, both excellent products which makes me wonder.....What would the paint look like with a base of AIO under Revive? Never can get the paint to clean. I think I will try this and let you all know.......(including pics).

I believe the Revive would remove the AIO.
I think AIO is a little better at removing some of the oil based grime, but I like the look of Revive much better on light colored paint. It is not as pure and reflective as SSR 1, but it is close.
