It's the way it was handled. After they said they would match prices and I told him the site, he says "you need to jump on it. Thats below my cost."...Whats $10.00 to them??? I just wanted to order all my stuff from the same place and be treated professionally....No respect for the customer.

I'm sorry, that makes no sense. You're essentially asking for a $10 gift, on your terms. $10 is nothing to them if you ordered the product and it was defective, and they want to make it right, etc., but I think if you asked any vendor talked about on here to randomly sell you a product at below their cost, they'd tell you to take a hike. And I'm no AG lover.

That's a pretty fair offer from AG. Most places wouldn't have bothered to come here and post it. FWIW, I don't understand why people don't try the available routes with the company first BEFORE airing their "problems" on a public message board. Nine out of ten times the issue can be resolved.

I dunno I think they would have been worse off if they did NOT come here. You know they have someone read this stuff if it mentions AG in the title. if they can come in here and say we will take care of you, it makes other readers of this thread say "they really take care of their customers" makes it looks like a poorly skilled singled out sales person on the phone instead of a poorly run entire company

It is a nice gauge. I don't care if it talks. It just happened to be at AutoGeek on sale then I did a seach and found it at Amazon. My tires on my RX-8 are very sensitive and that light on the dash comes on if the pressure is not right. Thanks to Autogeek, they have contacted me. It was just a slip up of a person taking a order. He just needs to learn how to talk to the customer without offending them.

No big deal. I give them a thumbs up now. But it should not have happened in the first place. In fact I have already placed another order with them since this incident.

I find it amusing that you're buying a talking tire gauge for one thing....

I placed another order from AutoGeek. I talked to them by phone. Not only did they treat me right, they went above and beyond in my order. I jump the gun a little on AutoGeek. Thanks AutoGeek two thumbs up. PS(The tire gauge is great)

I hear you man. Before I started my own thing we bought a ton from them when we had our detailing business. Then I tried to order from them for a friend and a week later my friend never got his order and I contacted them and their reply was, "We don't drop ship for other vendors." WTH?!?!? I was buying something for a friend of mine that I did not carry and TRIED to give them my business and in return they never sent the item and never told me that it wasn't going to ship. I lost ALL respect for them at that point and would never do business with or send business to them again.
