? about pinnacle XMT pad conditioner

only one? like you have had a bunch of bottles and they didn't all have it? and if they are supposed to be there what is their purpose? also the bottle on the website doesn't have them. Did both of you who also had bottles with the fuzzy stuff get them from autogeek too?
 
I got a Edge 2000 pad set that included XMT pad conditioner and cleaner yesterday from autogeek



I'm looking at it right now and i got stuff floating around in mine as well...
 
FWIW, I checked mine, and it's totally clear and I recieved it about 6 months ago or so. Those look kinda cool though. Ask AG if it's normal. Maybe its a new formulation.
 
i have been in contact with jason@autogeek. the customer service from them has been great, he threw in some menzerna samples with the replacement.
 
I just checked my bottle again, and it does not have any of that. Glad to hear that AG is treating you well.
 
yes the customer service has insured that even with this minor inconvenience, i will definitely continue using autogeek
 
well jason@autogeek just informed me that there is definitely NOT supposed to be anything in the bottle, and that any of you who have bottles that look like mine (with the little black fuzzies) should contact him at jason@autogeek.net for a replacement
 
You guys got my curious so I went to look at my XMT bottle and sure enough, there is something on the bottom of it. I emailed jason and got a response in 4 minutes (WOW!). He's sending me a replacement using expedite shipping! This is one of the reason why I continue to buy from AG. Never have they let me down!



BTW, I purchased my XMT pad cleaner/conditioner on 4-03-07
