I use both the IP and FP in combination with Meguiar's DACP. Great combo. Very satisfied with my PC results.

clay>DACP>IP>FP> protectant of choice = :bounce

I wonder if blkZ28conv's combination will work to get wrid of my nasty water marks??? They have etched through the clearcote but i cant feel them with my fingernail.

I've used the menzerna twins with much success. After polishing with them my paint looked better than it ever had with DACP or other meguiars product. Another good polish is the 1Z stuff, but it contains some oils, where the menzerna does not.

I also have a few of those etched, very hard to see unless you are looking at the surface at a parallel angle. The combo decreased the obviousness of these imperfections but I believe the only final cure will be a rotary and leveling ( thinning ) of the clearcoat. Since they can not be seen at 95% of angles outdoors under normal lighting, I have not yet gone that route.

I do believe several rounds of this combo with a PC will progressively decrease the etching and even eliminate. But why bother if one professional rotary session will accomplish the same goal.
