Here is a quick gallery of the A4 detail today. I'm not 100% happy with it but I was trying out the new Zaino AIO and Z-Clear.

Process was pretty much wash, Z-AIO, Z6, Z5 pro, Z6, Z5 pro, Z6, Z-Clear

Might strip it all down and do Z5 pro, Z6, Z2 pro, Z6, Z-clear and see how that looks.

My neighbors think I'm nuts, but then again I may be.

Comments welcome.

No need to strip it off. Just throw a coat of Z2pro on it and see if you like the change. If not just throw a coat of Z5pro over that. Oh, and top with Z8.

I started out with one but drenched it through so I gave up and brought out a big towel. It was so freaking hot!!! I ended up taking 3 showers through the entire process which took wayyyyyyyyy longer than I expected. I'm not really liking the Z-AIO, but love the Z-clear. Will have to take pictures tomorrow after that stuff finally dries. The dealer messed up the paint a little bit with their stellar detailing shop with some swirls and a buffer hollogram. I don't have my PC so I cant correct anything right now, just trying to hide it. When I get it back I can hit it with some of my Mezerna stuff.

Detailing is hard work, now I get to look forward to two days relaxing on the lake, so the weekend is not totally lost.

I like ZAIO a little bit, but with so many good AIOs out there, it would be hard for me to choose that one.

Try to find someone who wants the bottle since I doubt I'll use it again. At $27-$28 a bottle it was a waste.

I did like how slick the Z-clear was when it went on, was like putting baby oil on your paint. I might have put it on a little thick though since its taking a long time to dry.

Going to strip it all off because I have some weirdness going on which doesn't really show up in the pics. It seems that there is almost some streaking or splotches on the horizontal panels (hood, trunk etc). I noticed right after the z-aio and wasn't quite sure if I did something wrong but I proceeded with the whole detail hoping it would get better but I dont think it did.

I'm wondering if it just isn't bonding properly or something or there is still something left from when the dealer detailed it that I didn't get off. Figured if I gave it a good dawn wash and started over I would figure it out quickly. Skipping the AIO step and only doing like Z-5 pro and Z-pro then Z-clear. Dunno, see how it looks in the morning.

wterry- what was it about ZAIO that you didn't like? I've found that it needs to be worked into the paint more than Z5pro or Z2Pro.

I had the same problem one of the few times I used ZAIO. Many people said too much product...I found that you have to wait like an hour for it before you can wipe off. I just found that I liked too many other AIOs more to worry about it.
