A nice day for a few pictures

Hail the power of Quattro
Well, it was a nice day today, so a buddy and I decided to take some pictures of our cars. I've recently added 19x8 RS4 replica wheels wrapped in 235/35/19 BFGoodrich g-force T/A KDW2's, a Stoptech Big Brake Kit, and a OEM S4 trunk lip spoiler. I also have a Vogtland coilover kit sitting in my kitchen that is waiting to be installed. My buddies car is an '04 Mach1 and has 17x9f and 17x10.5r Cobra R replicas and Tokico Illumina shocks and stuts with H&R Super Sport springs for a nice drop. Yes, I know that my tires aren't dressed and that my car has a lot of swirls, but I haven't had a good chance to properly detail it since returning from Iraq.

Nice pair of rides. I love the Stoptech setup. Looks good.

DSG one of my all time favorite Ford Colors

Yeah, that Stoptech BBK is pretty beefy compared to my stock setup. I was playing around with it today and it stops on a dime. I'll have to wait until I can get her on the track before I can determine if it was worth the price.

I don't think pictures do DSG much justice. It is a great color to see in person and Josh(DSGMach) has it set up pretty nicely. The car looks really mean and the lip on those back wheels are pretty sick.

Nice setup on your Audi, both cars look great. I hope your buddy didn't scratch his paint my leaning againt it. I cringe when I see people doing that.

Thanks for the compliments.

No, he didn't scratch it. He's a detailing freak like the rest of us, he just doesn't have a lot of time for the internet. He's actually the one that got me interested in learning about cars and caring for them. He does great work and as much as I hate to admit it, his car usually looks better than mine inside and out.

Agree with Joe, I like Stangs, but I would have to chose the Audi over it anyday! Looking good

I'll make sure he hears about that. Thanks!

Thanks for the compliments. DSG does look much better in person but with the right equipment and the proper lighting, you can still take some good pics. It's time you upgrade the camera Eric.:santa1

I guess youll use your stock wheels on the track? You loose so much performance with those big heavy wheels.
Just my .02
Clean audi I have a B5 2.8q avant(5 speed).
