A little Clean up

Here is a picture of my car after a wash, claying and waxing. These were taken last spring so i think its time to clay and wax her again. The Car is a 2005 focus zx04 se.

Welcome to autopia. The car looks very clean but I'm sure after a year it needs another good claying.

its actually not to bad. There is a few minor scratches but for the most part its pretty good. Since i am new at this I do have a few questions. Was my process of washing, Claying and waxing ok? should I do anything else? What about polishing? Whats the difference from Polishing and waxing? Any assistance is greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Yes that would be the correct process. Waxing and polishing are very diffrent things. Your wax is your last product. A polish will get rid of minor defects in the paint such as swirl marks, as well as any wax or sealant you might have had on the car.

Ah thank you very much for the info. I was gonna clay my car today with it raining and all its just a good day to stay in the garage.
