Thanks Bryan for getting up early to run the rotary on the car in preparation for the upcoming "Tyrone Founders Day Car Show".

Thanks for not getting mad when I squeezed the bottle of EC/OP too hard and sent the stuff flying out of the bottle at a high rate of speed, all over the garage floor and the car.

On the drive home, I swear the car was a different color. It seems darker, yet brighter if that makes any sense.

I finished out per your insturctions and had a decent run with the rotary.

I can not believe the difference in the car - It really changed the looks and it looks GREAT.

This car has come a long way from when I first got it.

Check out this VIDEO. I shot the video a few months after getting the car. The fender has been clayed, the hood has not been clayed. Some of you may remember seeing this.

So the exterior was as follows -

(Please make any corrections needed Bryan if I miss quote something)

QEW and Clay with Clay Magic.

Drive to Bryans.

PB SnW.

EC/OP with yellow LC VC pad at about 1500.

Start 106/rmg on green excel pad at about 1500.

(Tried the PC, green excel pad and the 106/rmg but Bryan said it was not finishing out as well as doing it with the rotary)

Had a doughnut. (Thanks Amy and Bella) :D

Drove home as Bryan had to go to work.

Once at home I finished up the 106/rmg on the green excel at about 1500.

RMG using PC on a blue excel pad worked in at about 4.

PB NB.

PB SnG.

Re-dressed tires with Megs Endurance Gel.

I still have to do the interior and may or may not get to the front wheels tomorrow.

Looks great! Sounds like the rotary made working with the Vette's clear more bearable. Congrats on your first trophy! :hifive:

Congrats on the trophy. Looks like you and Bryan did some killer work on the Vette. Very cool of Bryan to help ya out.

Great results - the car looks wonderful. I am guessing that Bryan's new WaxMaster 2000 is working well for him.

Thank you very much for your kind words.

I have learned a lot from from Bryan but still have a long way to go.

I get all giddy when I think about buying my own rotary. :chuckle:

Looks unreal! Congrats on the trophy! What kind of tape did you use on the cracks?

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Thank very much.

I am not sure what kind of tape it is. Maybe Bryan will be along and be able to tell us.
