well.. i've been lurking ever since I got my 05 MINI Cooper in October. Over time I have become more and more obsessed with keeping my car nice and clean. My girlfriend and friends get mad at me when I won't allow them to wash my car. I don't know what happened, but people just want to wash cars these days



Sadly I haven't been able to do too much since i got my car right before winter and i've been lacking in funds lately, but I plan on getting everything for this summer. Going to make an order at Pakshak and Zainostore, as well as finding a source for some 3M polish. Otherwise, I have some cheap MF from walmart, aerospace, nxt, vinylex, EA 20/20, Mother's clay, and never dull.



Anyways, just wanted to greet everyone and apologize if I ever ask stupid questions or anything. Although the archives are very dense and i'm sure I could answers to almost everything I want just by a simple search.

The only stupid question is the one that was not asked, we all started knowing very little (still true of me as I'm still learning even after five decades)



Of course the more I learn, the more I realize what I donâ€â„¢t know. Then at some point, I hope to have learned enough to realize, that I know nothing at all.

Detailing need not cost a lot of money. I would recommend on evaluating your needs before buying products.



Completely agree with Jon about there are no stupid questions.
