A couple wax/polish questions

I have a 2014 Corolla. You can see it in the detail brag section.
I`ve gone over it with Menzerna`s, 1000, 3500, and Polish.
My original plan was to put another coat of Meguiars X Treme Wax on this.
Partly because I`m using Meguiars X wax Spray on for maintenance in between.

I like the rather warm, thick, deep look of the Menzerna`s Polish.
I think I should forget about the Xtreme Wax as it will take away from this look? Look not deep, hard, and shiny.
Thinking of just putting another coat of Menzerna`s Polish on it. And use the X-wax for maintenance. The spray on X-wax really isn`t that much. Just helps. Don`t worry that it`s not going on another Meguiars product.

Do you agree or disagree with my thinking? I admit. I`ve seen the polish. I haven`t seen the Xtreme Wax on the car.

One other question... If I wanted to fool around and make this deeper looking. I know it takes a pure wax. What wax would do that best with this polish?

I`ve never heard of "xtreme" wax from Megs.

Do you have a pic of the container?

Also, do you have a pic of the Menzerna "polish" label?

I appreciate you people understanding. Yes, I let myself get lazy, mentally.
The Meguiars is Ultimate Paste Wax
I could take a picture of the Menzerna`s... Think maybe more info from the label would be ok.. It`s a green label... Says in big letters: Jescar finishing products, Power Lock + Plus, .....on the back a small white section at top says: Menzerna Polymer Paint Sealant, Jascar Finishing Products, Nanuet NY.

Again.... appreciate your understanding... I wasn`t around for a few hours...

Ultimate Liquid Wax and Paste Wax are the same thing. They are both sealants. The liquid version will not stain trim.

Powerlock is another great sealant. Can`t go wrong with either product.

I have no doubt that both are great. Work real good.
I`m just thinking about the type of look that results from one or the other. That`s all.

I do want to say.... I really like the Xwax Spray. Even though it`s just a maintainer type of thing. I put it on quick and sloppy. Then just go back over the car with another towel making sure it`s all buffed off. I use it inside also. Works great.

Rule of Thumb:
Looks vs. Longevity...

Wax
Has a deep, warm look.
Lasts 3-6 weeks (at most).

Sealants
Bright, shiny look.
Last 2-4 month (at most).
NXT 2.0 is bright and shiny.
Megs Ultimate wax less shine.

If you`re after the warmth & depth "look" I`d choose a wax.

An exception IMHO would be Blackfire Wet Diamond AFPP.
BFWD is a polymer sealant that has a look similar to a wax.

A good choice for a fairly inexpensive wax IMHO is:
Pinnacle Signature Series II Carnauba Paste Wax

I appreciate the replies. I`m new (again) at this. Just went over this car in a major way. Did a bunch for it.
I think this thread is just driving home the point of whether I want to go to a `show` like finish. I really should be realistic. The paint isn`t new. Spent two years as a lease car with nothing on it. Also park it in a gravel lot when at work. So I`m just trying to make it as nice as I can and take care of it. Keep it `stand up` looking is all.

I should just keep using the Menzerna`s Sealer. I like the look of it. I like it.

My original thought on the Ultimate Wax. I`m using Meguiars X-press wax spray on as a maintainer. If you`re not familiar. It`s only available in a gallon jug. I thought it might be better to use this on top of the Ultimate. I`m sure there isn`t going to be any problem using it on top of the Menzerna`s Sealer. I spray that Xwax on everything. Outside and in. Works great.

Try ultimate wax. It is actually a good sealant. It does have a darkening effect that is more noticeable on dark paint.
