Thanks Todd. I have you continue to generate those pad/polish guides in the future at another site.

I had placed an order with PAC a couple weeks ago (just prior to the announcement) and Angelo got the information I asked when a dropped ship item had not arrived. It arrived when he said it would and expect to play with it today.
 
this is unfortunate news. i will most certainly miss this place, PAC, jack, angelo, todd and all the rest of the pac family. thank you guys for the service you have provided for me and all of us novice detailers here. i have learned so much here and with heavy heart made my last order yesterday.....

bummed out

I too am seriously bummed out about this whole situation and, while I have ordered from Proper Auto Care's competitors, I've only done it on a handful of times when PAC just didn't carry what I was looking for. (And it felt like I was cheating!) Now it seems that I'll have to find another company to do business with but I'm not expecting that it'll be anywhere even close to the same.

Jack and Angelo, thanks for the occassions that we chatted on the phone. Your time, enthusiasm and professionalism was definately appreciated. Todd, I've learned a lot from your write-up's and hope to be able to check out your work on another forum...and thanks for putting up with my good-natured ribbing during a couple of chat nights oh so long ago.

Thanks also to everyone who banded together to make this forum what it is. It'll always hold a special place in my heart!
