Both cars look very clean. But why would the customer not want any wax or sealant?

LOL!...dont ask me cuz IDK?.....went through the benefits of a sealant trying to upsell he said no, then i was like ok fine i will go ahead and just do my standard wax that comes with my detail package.... then he said quote "nah its cool...just go ahead and make it look good its gonna get dirty right away anyway cuz i live on a dirt road"...thats when i stressed it even more cuz it will be easier to keep clean then and he still did not want it.. :nixweiss

kinda blew my mind especially considering i consider myself a darn good salesman and can usually upsell just about anyhting i want out of a customer
