Have you ever tried Folex? It is a biodegradebale carpet cleaner that you can get at Home Depot. It is completely odorless and I have taken some tough stains with it. I don't think it would bother a chemically sensitive client.

LOL--NOPE--I CLEANED MY EXTRACTOR ASAP-- and no I haven't tried Folex. The closest home depot is 60 miles away- but I used a blue ribbon product from my local parts house that did ok. Just took alot of passes. worked the shop vac for 30 mins before i even touched it with the extractor-- had to use a bag of ice to get the gum out (again no solvent :mad: ) but it did ok--she called me again thanking me--so all is cool-- She is now set up on a once a month program--lol (I come and get it on friday nights when i have time to tackle it and do what ever i feel is needed)--so it all worked out good-- plus i have now booked 7 from her recommendations alone-- :)
