This car was in very bad shape and was in need of a good compounding, polishing, and a nice sealant.



wash:

2 Bucket method with megs

zymol clay bar



polish:

menzerna power gloss via wool lc pad

menzerna intensive polish via orange pad

Looks good! My brother has a yellow 93' 300zx with a oxidated macco paint job, I wonder if it restoring.. I dont even want to try because it was Macco.
 
you should really do an additional step of polishing. Do something like Ultrafina or 106 with a black or blue pad for some added gloss and to assure your finish is perfected.

thanks for the advice DJ!!! The thought had actually crossed my mind when i was looking at it after the 2nd stage of polishing, but the price that I had quoted my customer prohibited me from doing a 3 stage polishing job and this car had to have aggressive compounding...
