Spent the better part of 3 days on the yellow beast of a C6 that one of my clients picked up a little while ago. We scheduled a full paint correction to get the best possible look out of the paint. There were a few defects that were too deep to be safely removed but there was a dramatic improvement on the car. There was around 34 hours into this one.
Upon arrival
Defects under the halogens
Carbon fiber piece was in serious need of help
50/50 on the carbon fiber after correcting with M105/205
Looking much better
The underside got the same attention as well
Much better
Exhaust and CF looking sharp
Deep RIDS on the rear needed some serious work. Significantly deeper than they looked initially
Bringing out the heavy artillery with the Makita rotary and LC PFW pad with some Megs 105 to level the defects.
After MANY hours of compounding and polishing, that left front fender is looking dazzling again
Finished pics. It was overcast as a storm was coming in, so I did what I could to get what sun pics I could
Thanks for viewing!
