Thanks for all the compliments.

The color is Green Mallard which has is a little more blue and is darker than British Racing Green (BRG).

Scottwax,

I bought the car for $400 and when I restored it I added lots of modifications to make it look better and go better along with being more relialble. The most visual ones were getting rid of the heavy, ugly rubber bumpers on the front and rear.

Here is what it looked like when bought

Really looks great!! Unbelieveably great when you look at the condition of the car when you got it.

The first total detail I ever did was on an MGB, but it sure didn't look like yours.

You just have to love a car that has 3 windshield wipers.

See what a good deatil can do! Took it from a $400 beater to a show queen, LOL! Seriously, the restoration is top notch, the paint is gorgeous and you should be very proud of your work. I bet its a fun car to drive.

Wow, truly great job on the detail as well as the restoration. Very impressive.

Did you do the bodywork/paint job yourself? If so, you have some serious talent.

I did all the painting........... in the engine bay, trunk and door jams as well as the underside of the bonnet and boot (hood and trunk) and the suspension, but I left the outside paint and bodywork to a professional.

a bead blast cabinet is a great thing

I use PBsPP to clean then EX-P on the suspension to help keep it looking good

thanks for all the positivity,
