3m pads, anyone use them?

I have one 3M pad that I have had for years....Its one of there waffle face ones and is a compounding pad......I have never had a problem with it and have many uses on it.....So to answer your question yes they are good IMO
 
Are they good for the pc or a rotary. I have both but am really looking to see if they will work well on the pc. Thanks for the info. I'm thinking Megs polishing and finishing pads may be the way to go over 3M's. Any thoughts on this?
 
Yep use them along with edge classic 8 inch foamies
Like the black polishing pad alot - does good work
 
I would say that go with what is the best price in your area....I have found that Megs pads are great but have had a few problems with them....Mainly the backing velcro coming loose.....Edge pads I have had no problems what's so ever and the 3M I've not either...That being said I think that they are all pretty much the same in quality
