what do you pro detailers think of this as a qd? I can get this stuff at $17 a gallon, and i go through a lot of qd bc i detail multiple cars. How would you compare this to eagle one and final inspection?

I think so. I remember reading something to that effect long ago, and 3M's MSDS on their QD says something to that effect (like 95% or so). I think the main reason I tossed out any dreams of home-brewing a QD is that they give more lubrication than trying to mix IPA, car wax, etc. with water. At the same time they leave behind a thin layer of protection that's really slick too. My 2 cents.2wheelsx2 said:Is this really true? If so, I am surprised anyone even buys QD, especially at the prices that are charged. Why not just put a few mL of ISA into a spray bottle and mix with distilled water?:nixweiss
