3m confusion

I don't think I've ever seen a description of the 3m products. Their naming scheme is confusing to me, and I see names thrown around here and there. Would someone care to break this down for me and everyone else out there who might be a little lost. There's Finesse-It and Perfect-It lines with various II's and III's here and there. Some are rubbing compounds, others polishes, and even others glazes. There website is less than helpful. So, here's my beginnings of a 3m clarification thread. :D Share what products you use, what you use it with, and your impressions.

Mmmph, good find on D'Angelos....Those are good folks over there....There in Oxnard Ca, next town north of me.....Little hole in the wall shop with LOTS of stuff.............
