3m Compounds and Glazes

Hi guys has anyone had any experience with 3m products.. i recently started working at a detail place. and we can use whatever we want as long as we clock out.



they have a bunch of wool pads.. and 3m foam pads.. along with 3 different prodcuts.. a extra cut med. cut and a glaze.. and then a paint sealant.



ill get pictures of the products later.. to show you what im talking about but.. does anyone have experience with the products?

That was a pretty cool video, and basically is an exact replica of the steps I do cars. Kinda freaky.



I use 3m perfect it III machine glaze and I love it! I use it with a LC white pad and a rotary. It provides pretty good gloss and has a little bit of cutting ability to it to help with very very light scratches. I think the number of it is 05937...and got discontinued

I use 3M heavy duty rubbing compund to remove sanding marks with a wool pad and I also use 3M microfinishing compund. Both are great products.
