3M Cleaner Clay In the UK

Hi,



I inquired at my nearest Motor Factor about 3M Cleaner Clay (Part Number: 38070). Apparently for 200 grams, which is 6 pieces in the case, this costs 18 GBP inc. VAT? Does this sound about right to you UK People?



Never bought any Clay before so unsure of how much it should cost!



Any advice appreciated.

I'm not from the UK, nor is this site. Anyway I'll answer this one, maybe cause it was 'another' question for UK only.



I've bought AutoMagic 200g clay bar in EUROPE for about € 25.00, so I guess that's a fair price.
 
jgv, apologies but I have never come across any dedicated detailing sites in the UK :(



It's nice that there a few UK (ever expanding too by the look of it!) people around on here, to compare things with etc :)

I use 3M clay in the 200 gram chuck and enjoy it very much. I believe you are the only other fellow to inquire about it! Nobody seems to use it.



They sell it here in the US in one auto parts chain store.



I bought mine online in an individual bar package from 3M's website for $21 USD with free shipping.

Yes, I'm going to the FCS on Sunday. not showing my car though, just going as a visitor to admire everyone else's car! I'll be sure to try and locate your car to check out the shine! :)
 
I'm kinda tied between either the Clearkote clay or the 3M clay!



I think I'll get both and see what I think!

I am, but I only visit every now and then. I spend much more time on the Alfa Digest. To many forums..not enough time...
