3m buffer splatter

got a request to clean up buffer polish splatter (3m) , hard like concrete , couple weeks old .. Down in the seams and the likes. Any hints on products to use? Prefer to have actual responses as opposed to "it should work guesses " TYIA

Well found my own answer by trial & error ... Rain-X took it off easily .

No, the glass treatment.

Tried it first and it didn't work .

Then I'd do a full wash Citrus + Apc wash. I've done that many time's with stubborn polish. A little agitation and your set. Also Meguiars M39 is a VERY strong polish remover.

Like I said , all done , the Rain-X worked
