$350 AUTOGEEK order came in. Happy, Angry, and confused!

just breathhhhh relax first its going to be ok .im the same way when that ups truck comes to my door.first of all auto geek has a video on useing a p/c second of all i highly recommend going on to showcargarage .comon buying therep/c dvd its 2and a half hours long and great they shoe you everything on the p/c

^^^^ Try a fun trick on Barry Meguiars' videos Scott has linked above. Make sure the audio is turned up. When the video starts playing, hold the cursor over it and right click, slide to Play Speed and then choose Slow.



Barry will sound drunk as hell! It is HILARIOUS! It's playing the background as I type this and I am in stitches!

Playing it on fast is almost as funny as slow. It's like Barry had too many cups of coffee or jolt cola!

I did have a gallon of Meg's APC develop a small hole in the bottom..no idea how it happened
 
FINALLY got a reply.......after another remider email 2 1/2 days later they said it got sent to the claims department and i'll get a reply monday.... NOW i'm getting frustrated. i had to send TWO emails and wait 2 days to even get a REPLY.

They called me on my cell today. They are filing a claim with ups, and are shipping me a new brush(damaged in shipping) and are crediting me for a new bottle of m21.



Although it took them longer than i wished to reply, they were pleasant on the phone and made it correct in the end... THANKS!!!

They're probably pretty busy as are all retail stores this time of year. Normally, their customer service is extremely speedy.

Ditto that. I had a backing plate rip apart when I got my first order. I emailed them on the weekend, they got back to me on Monday and had a new one shipped out on Tuesday.
