303 protectant, NO.

I'm a huge meguiars fan....I really like the look of Meguiars #40 but it simply does not hold up as long as 303 on exterior surfaces. I've noticed that after washing areas treated with #40 get blotchy. Its great stuff for interiors. I had my truck for seven years and used 303 about every six months on all the surfaces, the rubber/plastic looked like brand new when I sold it.

I'll check this out kkreit01, thanks, when you say for "Free" you mean from the manufacturer (price) to the local ACE, right?

I pay more attention now !!

I went to the Marine store in Rockville Maryland today, never again!! First off, I called they said they had all sizes!

They do, but you have to order the 32 oz an up containers, but they don't tell you that till you get there!!!!!!!!! The drive because of traffic (unbelievable) took just over 2 hours (round trip).

The only thing they had was a16 oz spray bottle that was something like $4.00 and some change, so I got it. What the hell I'll give it a try.

When I got home I read the receipt, it was $14.00 and change!!!!

I called the store, there answer was the following: The "1" must have not printed out on the price tag! Well, it is my fault for not paying attention to what I was doing, so, I have no one to ***** at but myself, but I better not say how I feel about it!!

Yes -- Ace will ship it to your local store for free. You then have to drive to store, and pick it up.

$14 is the going rate for a 16oz spray bottle. I paid over $15. Ace has it for $13.79. I really like the product thus far.

I like Vinylex by Lexol - I found it at Car Quest and my Toyota dealer stocks it too, and you can always get it on-line.

Have you tried 303? How would you compare it to Vinylex?

I found 303 aerospace protectant at toyota dealership where my cousins work. I don't know if it applies to all toyota dealership but if theres a dealership near you, try and check if they have them. Also, ive used the mothers interior protectant and liked it...also, make sure after applying the protectant, lightly buff it to get rid some of the sticky stuff and it also helps a lot to get that matte finish you're after. Hope this helps
