Lack of oxygen up here
First off, I want to say how much I appreciate EVERYTHING Ive tried to indulge here on this site in the last three weeks. Ive finally had a dream come true with a vehicle. My cousin bought this car brand new in 2001(01 SS Camaro).. When I bought it 3 days ago it has accumulated only 2950 miles. He has NEVER washed the car. I have admired it,loved it,and dreamed about owning it since day 1, but until about 6 months ago this was "his" baby for life..He never drove it(he's insane..runs in the family :wavey )..When he did drive it,he would just QD it and put it away for the week, or longer. Financial problems took its toll and I bought the car from him.
To make a long story short.....
The first thing I did Saturday when I bought it the car is wash it... You wouldnt believe how much dirt and crap came out of all the crevices on the car. I had to wash it a few times to clear out most of the accummulated crap. I plan on getting serious with the datailing this weekend. I have some clay, 1Z polish and wax and 2 whole days to have some fun with this car. Im not BS'n you guys either about this car NEVER seeing water before. My cousin is family and we spend alot of time together..
Well anyway here is a pic from today..
