#26 supposed to be hard and cracked?

I picked up #26 (paste form) from my local NAPA and I opened it up and the wax was hard and cracked...is this normal?? It said for best use to shake it well, and if def. was not shaking.

That's a typo that Mike Phillips talked about a while back. It's the directions for the liquid. :D



As for hard and cracked....no. It should be hard, but when you say cracked, do you mean all crumbly? It is a stiff lump, so sometimes there will be "cracks" in it because it doesn't flex. But if it's all dried up and crumbly, and you got a bad batch. I would take that back.
