#26 and QD question

I want to try and apply #26 hi-tech wax with a PC. Since I can't get the PC pad down into the can and the block of wax does not pop out would it be ok to cut the metal package off and keep the wax in a zip lock? Its not going to dry out or anything.



Also I'm looking for a QD with carnauba in it to use with #26 (I'm on this #26 thing lately). I want a QD thats going to clean and add some protection. Thanks a lot for your help.
 
Pinnacle Crystal Mist is a nice QD w/Carnauba; works great w/26



FK425 and Poorboy's S&W also work really well w/26



I've never tried to apply a paste via PC; so can't really comment on that. I'd say you're safe w/it in a good Ziploc.
