25% off Mother's Clay at Advance Auto

I just bought Mother's 2 clay bars package at Advance for about $13. The package comes with 16 oz. detailer spray, a MF towel and two clay bars. It's regularly $16.99, but with 25% off.....



Not all Advance Autos have the 2 claybar package though, so make sure you check. As usual, the one nearest me didn't have it (Just like the Surf City stuff!) and I had to go 12 miles instead of 4 to the next one. I gotta say, the one near me really sucks!!!:angry
 
sweet! I'll pick this up today on the way home from work. I was just thinking yesterday "man it sucks how fast you go through a clay bar"...LOL

Apparently Mother's is replacing the 1 bar kit that use to come with a small bottle of wax with the 2 bar kit . Some AA's still have an old inventory of the old one bar kit.
 
guess what was in in my box. two clay bars but not mothers. they were meguiars white clay bars and smaller. should i be mad?

Depends on how much you paid for them and where you got them I guess. If it was me and I got them at Advance, I'd return them, since they're smaller and all. I've never used the Meguiar's clay, so I don't know how well they perform.

i paid $12 is the white megs clay in their own clay kit??
 
Meguiar's has their own clay kit. It's usually right next to the Mother's clay kit at Advance. I always got the Mother's because it's always cheaper. If they clay bars in the Meguiar's kit is smaller like you said and Mother's sells the two bar kit, I'll definitely stick with Mother's.
 
You're just gonna have to try another one. The one nearest me only had the one-bar package, but the next one I went to had loads of the two-bar ones. You could always call them beforehand.
 
Walmart also has these at $12.00 even. But all i saw were the 1 bar kit. You may be lucky and find the 2 bar kit.





Advance had one 2-bar kit left and i got it for $12.xx.
 
Sign at the store had this sale ending 4/22. The one I stopped at only had the 1 bar kit, not a bad deal, but I'm going to keep looking for the 2 bar kit.
