Glad that everything is working out! Excited to see the garage as time progresses. Good luck!

Thanks Paul! I really can't wait to see how the details go in this location. I came from a 2+ garage before with an office area. But I've got some plans for this year in here, and only time will tell. Thanks again.

BTW- I got engaged to my fiancee in Chi-Town! We stayed at the sofitel watertower overnight! What a fun and neautiful city.

WOW, I'm loving the setup.

I would oneday wish to be able to have a setup like that.

Best of luck to you, entering back into the scene ,hehe

Oh btw i love the free handed Logo

Thank you very much Lilraver, Premium and Kwiker. She's good with her hands...what can I say. :bigups I started to do the logo, but my brush set was work out and the bristles too loose. Hers were good to go so she got the job. She has a very good eye and like I said steady hand.

Thanks again!!!

How will that flooring work when you bring in wet cars, or snow covered ones. It seems like the water will just build up under and cause issues?

Cheers,

It works really well. I've had both types in there already and it's not a problem. So far, I've brought them in, used ONR to wash and then I simply mop up excess water. It doesn't get slippery either. The tiles are tightly locked so nothing seeps down, but oddly enough, I don't get big puddles or anything. I don't know what happens to it. I was told by Snaplock that if water does get under the tiles, they breath so it will evaporate. So far so good...:up

looks bad A$$

Thanks again Superior Detail and Lumadar. It took me a while to pull all of my ideas together, and while there are a few things I would add or do differently, for today I am pumped. The 2 and 8 year plans are already in the works :bigups

Congratulations on your turnaround. I am a true believer that when one door shuts, another one opens. Best of luck.

Absolutely. Both my fiancee and I are big believers in providence and everything happens for a reason. Who would have known that 4 years ago? :nixweiss

What a great story of sheer perseverance. I admire you for sharing that with us. As far as the garage, WOW! Setting up garages could almost be a side business for you two. No joke. Your finished product is every bit as good if not better than what I see from the commercial outfits like Complete Garage, etc. However, it will bring tears to your eyes the first time you smack one those pristine white walls with a buffer or other piece of equipment! Best of luck – we definitely want to see some new threads when you get into high gear.

Only would a bunch of guys who clean cars for a living appreciate how much work went into that work space as it looks outstanding!!,continued success.

Thanks so much. I don't have a lot of time to Click and Brag anymore because I am so busy and it does take some time, but I told my fiancee last night...these guys would want to see it. I've been around these boards a while and while I don't post that often, it's been a part of who I am today in a detailing sense.

Believe it or not, I posted the pictures first on my Facebook profile and business page and I got three requests to do garages within 12 hours. It's something we definitely started looking into.

The white walls are great. I went with Valspar high gloss interior/exterior and believe me...I kept some for touch up.

I laughed this morning when we got into our car and my fiancee said, don't look down...the floor is covered in winter residue :D I told her don't worry, the mop is always in the corner.:chuckle:

Thanks again......

That looks perfect, clean cut and sophisticated at the same time...JUST MY STYLE:bow:bow

That was the exact idea and I'm glad it comes through . I wanted it to look like a cross between an automotive salon and a studio (something like that:think:) I went through 3 different floor designs and even a last minute change. I couldn't have been happier. Sometimes I just sit in the office and look at the pictures....over and over. I am freaking out on the inside like a kid with a new trick bike (I remember getting my first GT Pro Performer in 1988 when I was 11 and that's exactly how I feel). I definitely feel blessed.
