#21 Or #26

I think that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to stop by there on my way home from the office and pick up the #26. Regarding the paste, is there really a difference between it and liquid version? Ease of application, perhaps?



Thanks, John. I think I'm also going to see if they can order #95 for me as well. While I'm at it, I may as well pick up some #83, because I know they have it in stock.

Noting that I haven't used #26 in either version, take this FWIW. When a carnauba based wax is available in both a paste and a liquid I prefer the paste. It seems like you loose something (like carnauba content) when the solvents are added to liquefy the wax. I'm not knocking liquid #26, just saying that if it were going on my car, from past experience with other waxes, I'd go for the paste.

agreed. not to mention, it doesn't go bad as quickly and you get more applications...

Booo. Autozone. They had the liquid version only. Might as well be rubbing water with mineral spirits on your car. Where's the paste version?

Huh? I always use the liquid version of 26 and it always looks stunning. May not last as long but I can apply it with the PC in 10-15 minutes so who cares. Just my opinion though.

Yep. Doesn't last as long. Too many solvents not enough wax. Paste > Liquid.

Liquid > Paste. It may not last as long but being able to apply in 10 minutes via PC versus doing by hand means that re-applying once a month is nothing. I can apply a coat of M26 liquid in is less time than it takes me to dry my car. Again personal preference, but I'd take the liquid version over paste even if I only got 2 weeks out of the stuff.
 
Why? Because I have a different opinion? If you think you're way is the only good way then I believe that you need the Epic Failure picture for yourself.
