2018 Mustang GT Correction and Coating

Client dropped off his new 2018 Mustang GT with about 600miles on the odometer. The paint looked worse for wares with most of the damage from the dealership. Really did not look like new car paint should. Around 25 hours went in to bring this one to its proper state.

Products used:

Poorboys world foam soap
Ik9 foam sprayer with medium foam spray
Poorboys world iron remover
Griots garage fine prep mitt and nanoskin clay pad on pc7424
Wheels cleaned with angelwax bilberry wheel cleaner and decon with iron x. Assortment of wheel brushes used.
Wheels sealed with gyeon wet coat and tires dresses with BF trim and tire sealant.
GG Boss 15, rupes lhr75e, and Ibrid long neck
Compound - the last cut by Detail NV
Polish - Sonax perfect finish/ carpro essence
Assortment of pads but mostly megs and lC MF pads and rupes yellow and carpro gloss pads to finish with essence for that extra gloss!
Gyeon Mohs - 2 coats topped with Polish Angel Cosmic Spritz. When it comes back in 2 weeks for its first wash I will top it with PA High Gloss

Know what works good to hold the hood open a bit ? Those big, round, green Lids on "Simply Orange, Lemonade," etc., Jugs.. They are big and round and cover the space or spaces needed to just raise that hood high enough so when you work it, you wont hit the hood edge and the fender edge at the same time, etc... And the Lemonade - outstanding!!!

That`s not a bad idea about the lemonade container lids. I actually have the kamikaze door and hood/ trunk props but I saw someone else using the MF towels to to prop the hood up so thought I`d give it a shot hehe
