I had this white Corolla S come in yesterday for an exterior polish and sealant just to freshen it up for the winter. The car only has 12k miles so I was hoping for a pretty good condition car. Well after prepping and getting it under the lights that went right out the window!!!
The whole car looked like it had been run through a tunnel wash every day since new. So I asked the client if they use automated carwashes. Turns out it`s been washed with the dreaded brush in the DIY bay at the car wash. Ouch!
I didn`t have a ton of pictures due to constraints on time.
Wheels - Iron-x, sealed with Hydro2
Tires and wells- LATA. Tires dressed with Hyper dressing
Paint- iron-x, foamed presoaked then washed. Nanoskin medium speedy prep towel.
Machine polishing - g21, BOSS microfiber pad and Flat Top. Finishing polish - g21, orange boss pad and Pinnacle finishing polish
Paint sealed with TAC Systems Quartz Max
Windows- Hydro2 then cleaned with Invisible glass
