Here is my most current project that I worked on last week. It is a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with about 4500 miles on it. This is the third vehicle I have done for this client. Now onto the pictures.
Before Pictures
Picture of the hood as the vehicle was dropped off
Picture of the front of the Jeep as dropped off
Another view of the front
Drive side front tires. Notice how dirty the tire is
A closer view of the tire, which is brown from being dirty
View of light swirling on the passenger side a pillar
The Cleaning Process
At this point I began the cleaning process on the wheels. This is a picture of the wheel just after spray Omni Clean on the tire.
This is a picture of scrubbing the tire after the Omni Clean dwelled for a few minutes.
This is a picture showing the cleaning of the wheels with Megs Super Degreaser
After the wheel cleaning process, I proceed to do a foam pre-soak with Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Clear mixed w/ Megs Super Degreaser
Paint Correction and Coating Process
After the washing process, the Jeep was pulled in the garage and place on jack stand to remove the wheels
Overall the paint on this was in pretty decent shape. This is a 50/50 shot after FG400 on a Orange light cutting pad w/ my Rupes 15
Another 50/50 image
I then thoroughly cleaned the wheels and tires again before coating the wheels with Americoat and tires with Black Pearl Tire Armour
After finishing the compounding and polishing process, the jeep was pulled outside and rinse thoroughly with the pressure washer
The vehicle was then dried and wiped down with Eraser to prep it for the coating
Image after being wiped down with Eraser
Close up of the tire with Black Pearl Tire Armour and Americoat installed
Great reflection shot showing the coating that was installed
Finished Product Shots
The finished product after coating the paint and plastics with Americoat
Another finished product shot, the paint now has lots of gloss and depth
A nice reflection shot on the passenger side
Thanks for looking.
